How far in advance should we book our wedding tent?
As soon as you have a date and a place. Peak Saturdays from May through October go first, and a deposit is what holds your tent, tables, and chairs for that weekend. If your guest count is still moving, reserve anyway and we'll adjust quantities as the RSVPs come in.
What size tent do we need for our wedding?
Plan on roughly 12 square feet per seated guest, then add room for a dance floor, bar, buffet, or head table. A 40 × 60 seats about 200 for dinner, or around 150 once you add a dance floor. Send us your guest count and we'll confirm the size with a custom layout at no charge.
Can we hold the ceremony and the reception under the same tent?
Yes, and plenty of couples do. It usually means sizing up so there's room for ceremony seating and dining, or planning a flip between the two while guests are at cocktail hour. Tell us how you'd like the day to run and we'll lay it out so the transition is simple.
What happens if it rains?
Your tent is the rain plan. We can add solid or window sidewalls to keep wind and weather out of the sides, and heating for a chilly evening. You can decide on sidewalls closer to the date, once the forecast firms up.
Do you set up at backyard weddings and private property?
Absolutely. Backyards, family farms, and private property are a big part of what we do, alongside the established venues around Jackson County. We deliver, set everything up, and come back after the wedding to tear it down and haul it away.
