What families ask us most before graduation season fills up.
How early should we reserve for graduation season?
Earlier than most families expect. Every open house in the county lands on the same few weekends in late May and June, and the tents go first. A deposit holds your equipment for that date, and we'll adjust quantities later as you hear back from people.
What size tent do we need for an open house?
Open houses are come-and-go, so size for the busiest hour rather than everyone you invited. Plan on roughly 12 square feet per seated guest, and more if you want room for a buffet table and people standing around it. Tell us your headcount and we'll confirm the size with a custom layout at no charge.
Will a tent fit in our backyard?
Usually, and that's exactly what the free layout is for. Send us your guest count and the space you have in mind and we'll map where the tent, tables, chairs, and walkways go, so you know it fits before you book rather than on the morning of the party.
What happens if it rains on the open house?
The tent is the rain plan, which is the main reason to have one in June. We can add solid or window sidewalls to keep wind and weather out of the sides, and you can decide on those closer to the date once the forecast firms up.
What else do we need besides the tent?
Tables and chairs for seating, and usually a long table or two for food and the grad's photos and memorabilia. Linens, lighting, and heating for a cool evening are all available too, and we'll put it on one quote so everything arrives together.
