What kinds of company events do you cover?
Employee picnics and appreciation days, customer and client events, grand openings and ribbon cuttings, job-site and shop events, trade shows and festivals, fundraisers, and holiday parties. If your people will be standing outside, a tent makes the day work whatever the weather does.
Can you invoice the company instead of taking a card?
Yes. Tell us who handles the paperwork and we'll send an itemized quote and invoice your business, with a PO number on it if yours needs one.
What size tent do we need?
Plan on roughly 12 square feet per person seated at tables, and less for a standing reception. Add room for whatever takes up floor space: a buffet, a bar, a registration table, a stage. Send us your headcount and we'll confirm the size with a custom layout at no charge.
Can you set up in a parking lot or on a business property?
Yes. Business lots, shop yards, and open ground are all routine for us. Tell us the surface, since asphalt and concrete are anchored differently than grass, and we'll bring the right hardware.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better for summer and early fall, when weekends go first. That said, call us anyway: we keep a large inventory and we can often cover a short-notice event.
